Applicants must use the most recent version of the Texas FFA Scholarship available from the Texas FFA website (www.texasffa.org).
Completed applications must be mailed to Kevin Sells with a postmark date no later than May 1, 2009. All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee on Thursday, May 14, 2009 in Blanco, TX. Scholarship candidates will be scored and approximately the top 40 applicants will receive an interview.
Area Scholarship Interviews will be conducted on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 during the Area VII FFA Convention in San Marcos.
Teachers: Please verify that applicant transcripts are complete before mailing them to Kevin Sells. Transcripts must contain the official SAT or ACT tabbed scores and have official seals on each page of the transcript.
